Dear Babbo
Terms & Conditions
These terms describe the basic rules for using Dear Babbo's private gift-list MVP.
Last updated: June 12, 2026
Using Dear Babbo
Dear Babbo lets a parent or guardian create a private list of gift ideas, share a child link, and view the child's selected gift through an owner link.
You are responsible for the list content you create, the links you add, and who receives the private links.
Private links
Dear Babbo is accountless. The private links are the credentials for the list. Anyone with the child link can view the child page and choose a gift. Anyone with the owner link can view and edit the owner page.
There is no password reset or account recovery in the MVP. If you lose the owner link, Dear Babbo cannot automatically recover the list for you.
No purchases or payments
Dear Babbo does not sell products, collect money, hold funds, process payments, order gifts, manage returns, or arrange shipping.
Product links may point to third-party websites. Those websites are separate from Dear Babbo and have their own terms, prices, policies, and availability.
Acceptable use
Do not use Dear Babbo to create or share unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, or privacy-invasive content.
Do not try to access lists without permission, interfere with the service, scrape private pages, or test security in a way that could disrupt other users.
Service limits
Dear Babbo is provided as a lightweight MVP and may change, pause, or stop. Features such as accounts, notifications, recovery, and full list deletion are not part of the current product.
The service is provided without warranties. Dear Babbo is not responsible for third-party product listings, retailer availability, or decisions made outside the app.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the product changes. The date at the top of this page shows when this version was last updated.
Continuing to use Dear Babbo after an update means you accept the updated terms.
